Returns / exchange

At Cab Solutions we are happy to exchange for correct product but do not offer refunds.

To exchange a product please email info@cabsolutions.com.au to discuss when the item can be returned. It is advised that a registered post is used to send back the items if damaged or lost in the post.

The following conditions apply to all returns:

  1. Goods must be in original condition
  2. Goods must be returned in the original shipping box, in its original condition.
  3. Include the order summary.
  4. Goods must be returned within 30 days of date shown on the receipt.

Cab Solutions reserves the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not adhered to.

Faulty

If there are faults with your Cab Solutions product please email info@cabsolutions.com.au and we will be in touch by either email or phone call to discuss the fault and agree next steps.
